    Managing Member/CEO

    Greg is a Marketing and Sales analytics leader and innovator with over 30-years of experience.

    He has been a key driver of numerous new product marketing introductions, 13 of which achieved sales greater than $1 billion. Working for several multi-billion dollar organizations, Greg has also held key marketing and sales/marketing analytics roles.

    In addition to his marketing and sales expertise, Greg is a successful entrepreneur, and has conceived of, funded, built and sold several successful small businesses.

    Greg Vydra has 25 years' experience in marketing and sales strategy consulting. Prior to co-founding The GNG Group, he was Director, Business Analytics, at GlaxoSmithKline, and prior to that he was a Consultant with ZS Associates, a management consulting firm.

    Greg is both a strategist and a quantitative analyst. He helps organizations develop innovative strategic options and to make better decisions, by leveraging his experience, creativity, and analytical ability to extract insight from information.

    Greg has led business strategy and optimization projects with over 30 companies in over 20 countries. His industry experience spans pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices & equipment, diagnostics & testing equipment, medical imaging, hospitals, US Federal institutions, managed care organizations, transportation logistics, food processing, and manufacturing. Greg is also a past President of the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association.
